Transcending Boundaries

1. General Policy

All refund requests must be submitted directly to the artist. Refunds are processed only after the artwork has been returned in its original condition.

2. Custom Orders

Custom paintings are created specifically for the buyer and therefore are not eligible for full refunds. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time the request is made:

• Before work begins:   Refunds are issued at 80% of the original deposit amount. The remaining 20% is non‑refundable and covers planning, design preparation, processing fees, and administrative time.
• After the custom artwork has been completed:   Refunds are limited to 30% of the original deposit amount. The remaining 70% is non‑refundable due to the time, labor, and materials invested in creating a finished custom piece.
• Refunds are processed only after any physical artwork (if applicable) is returned in its original condition.

3. Original (Non‑Custom) Paintings

Buyers may request a refund on original, non‑custom artwork under the following conditions:

• The buyer must ship the painting back at their own expense.
• The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
• The return shipment must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.
• Once the artwork is received and inspected, a 100% refund of the purchase price will be issued.

4. Shipping & Return Requirements

• All returned artwork must be packaged securely to prevent damage.
• The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
• Tracking and insurance are strongly recommended.

5. Processing Time

Refunds are issued after the artwork has been received and inspected. Processing time may vary but typically takes 5–10 business days.
